Killahora Rare Apple Ice Wine is made from rare, bittersweet apples mostly grown in their 200 year old Orchards on the south facing slopes of Ireland’s County Cork. They use freezing temperatures to obtain a beautiful, rich must which they slowly ferment for over a year to give a luscious balanced dessert wine.
