Distilled at the Waterford distillery in Ireland, this release is an Irish exclusive. This expression has been produced using early-sown barley which was grown by father & son Stephen and Andrew McDonnell on the Ratheadon farm in Carlow. It is a unique terrioir which a fertile flood plain on the River Barrow. It has been matured in American & French oak before being bottled at 50% abv.
