Locavore Spring 2021 is the first in our extension of the Locavore series. Aged for 60 months in Chianti Red Wine Barrels on our hop farm, Locavore Spring 2021 is a 9.5% Barrel Aged Brett Amber Ale. Inoculated with wild Wicklow Yeasts and carefully monitored by the watchful eyes of our brewing team, the beer was allowed to slowly mature for 60 months to give a magnificent depth of complex flavours.
